After moving to Florida, he focused on finance law, handling complex financings for governments, banks, and institutions. To date he has closed over 1,000 deals worth over $12 Billion. Known for his deal-making skills, Mr. Habib is valued for his investor-friendly approach and dedication to closing deals.

An active member of both the Florida Bar and the New York Bar, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, Bishoy is the co-founder of Capstar Real Estate, Capstar Investment, and a sports management company representing high-profile clients such as Todd Gurley and the North Carolina Men's Basketball Team.

A former member of a Ground Zero Recovery Operation Disaster Response Team and a Site Map Developer for the Staten Island 9/11 recovery efforts, he is also a small business owner and investor.

Brent Baris started his career in commercial litigation before founding Brent E. Baris P.A. in 1999 to assist with real estate transactions. In 2002, he earned his General Contractor license and expanded his firm, which became a successful multi-office title insurance provider across Florida. In 2022, Brent sold the firm to focus on family but continues to help clients with real estate matters.
Beyond work
Brent earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1996. His licenses include the Florida Bar, General Contractor, and Realtor. Actively involved in the real estate market, he focuses on building spec homes. He also enjoys mountain biking and camping with his family.

During law school, he experienced a lengthy and costly probate process after the death of his grandfather, which deeply affected his family. This experience inspired Christian to help families avoid the emotional and financial burdens of inadequate estate planning.

Christian holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of North Florida and a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law. A licensed member of the Florida Bar, he is also an avid runner, kayaker, tennis player, and ice hockey enthusiast.
